@Golden BoY Name Ronaldo's 3 most productive seasons at Madrid, they were of him playing as a poacher (2015~2018), AKA the 3 seasons Madrid won the CL. A 40+ goals a season player is quite clearly what is needed the most right now. The defense will improve on paper once defenders are no longer forced to push forward more (to cover up for the lack of a main goalscorer) Anyways getting Pogba is an awful idea. Add 30 mill to that and City will sell De Bruyne.

Not a united fan as my logo might indicate but manutd won the PL two times shortly after Ronaldo left (2011 and 2013) and reached the Champions League final in 2011 aswell. They didn't have that big of a problem replacing ronaldo; the big problem they have had is replacing SAF aswell as having crappy politics with their owners. Ronaldo scored 86 goals in LaLiga in his last 3 seasons which is 28% of Real's LaLiga goals. It is also good to mention that he scored 43 goals in champions league in his last 3 seasons which is 46% of Real's overall goals. This shows how much more important he was for Real Madrid in the champions league. If you had included champions league statistics, the team's need for Ronaldo would even be more obvious.

Real Madrid was not made their purchasing decisions correct. To play in a team like Real, we need a player with versatility. From 2014, they sold one of the most important and game changers in the game. I think leaving DiMaria, James and kovacic was a bad idea. Kovacic can be as good as Kroos and Modric. They never gave time for James to settle himself after comeback from an injury. The habit of sidelining players and constantly changing the players could result in something like this. That time, we had Ronaldo to bring the game to a tempo when he gets his chances. But now those things are impacted the build of a future. Replacing Ronaldo is always hard. I don't think, there's some one better than him in positioning.

Ronaldo is special but he isn't irreplaceable. Add Benzema's goals to Ramos' penalties and it'll be over 30-35 goals in Laliga. That's what Ronaldo's general output was. They need more scoring wingers because Vinicius and Rodrygo aren't good finishers however talented. That's why I generally judge a young player by his goal scoring prowess. That's why Messi was considered the best at 20-21, Ronaldo was already great and that's why I'm backing Fati.

I'll say that the forwards are just fine. They're still adjusting. What needs to be done is on the midfield. Instead of having modric and kroos playing below just to cover area, let them play high. Also, rm needs a solid defense. Only having marcelo and varane while the other two as living statues really won't help them much
