@@FR4M3Sharma Oh most definitely. There are some stuff that i have wanted to buy (These might be included) but the lack of replacement parts/the only types of replacement part there are are very bad. Which holds me back.

@@samdespuig2677 sorry for the update. Mine is still under warranty so all repairs are free of charge (up until april 18, 2024). After the first repair, they did tell me that the main board was definitely faulty and that it was causing the buzzing noise, so they had the whole thing replaced, i asked them how much would i have to pay for the whole assembly had I not been covered by the warranty, to which they replied, about $240 when converted from my currency to the USD. This whole repair process took about 1 month as I live quite far from the capital city which made the parts delivery quite the long wait. The thing they replaced was almost like the whole freaking headphone piece. Meaning that the serial number of my headphones also has changed. Because it was from a different headphone all together. I verified this from comparing the Serial number from the official receipt i had kept, with the serial number from the sides of the headphones under the left earcup cushion. Confirmed different. Even with my previously connected and paired devices. It was registering as someone else's headphones. Like upon finishing the pairing process, the headphones showed up as Mark's wh-1000xm5. Like dude, My name is not Mark. It is now color black on the app, instead of offwhite. A quick factory reset fixed the naming issue, but the color issue of the headphones, i could not fix, only after a month of usage did i notice, hey its chabged to offwhite. After 2 months of Ok usage. The buzzing sound returned. And the touch controls were a hit and miss compared to the intial experience. The auto pause function was not working, as well as the turn off when not in use for quite some time function wouldn't work either. I sent it back to the repair shop and waited around 1 month again to fix it and they replaced the mainboard now. Which was about $100 when i asked. Just the main board was replaced.

Hey I have a pair of my own, the left side of my headphones started to make a cracking noise, I’m wondering how I could fix that? I also would Like to know where I could buy parts for it?

Check to see if the sensor on the back of the driver has moved.

I was afraid I could not do replacement or get that new battery in quality, but problem is it does not. There ir possible easy fix if microphone is not functional, which is probably some factory insulation not removed wire.

I don't know why they consider other components being easy to remove as part of a parability when with headphones. You'll only ever need to replace a battery anyways
