Totally agree. Did you see the heat treating procedure? WOW... All of OSHA regulation were adhered, steel toes sandals, tight fitting clothing, face mask for fumes, and of course SAFETY glasses. Then again you don't need then if you squint when grinding. Want to bet longevity of that axle?

@@АндрейЩигорев-ц3г Thats an age old trick all welders use, I myself have bent an electrode/arc rod in 4 places on 4 different angles to weld in a tight spot with a bulldozers axle in my way. unless the flux breaks off (which is rare) its just fine to use a bent rod. I was more concerned at the flux on the welds only being chipped off, that should be a wire wheel on a hand grinder,

A shaft broken from stress. Drill and tap. insert a threaded rod 1/3 the diameter of the shaft. Then fill weld using a buz box with bent welding rod. This new shaft must be at least 200 times stronger than original.

Two things, you can buy a hardened bit that cuts through a job, it stops the tool they use here getting smacked against the uneven surface, and get a wire brush wheel for the hand grinder for the arc weld flux removal, a tapping hammer does not get all the flux off a job.

Muy buen trabajo de artesanía. Pero al instalarlo en el vehículo y cargarlo seguramente se romperá otra vez, porque el material ya sufrió mucho calentamiento y ya no es resistente como cuando salió de fábrica, que fue hecho de una sola pieza en un molde y templado.

Ну люди как бы не имея по факту инструментов и тд делают как могут ) тем лично мне и интересный контент - нарушения правил безопасности на 200% токарь без очков кулачки торчат он в рубашке которую легко может захватить ) удивлён что есть маска для сварки ! Люблю ещё посмотреть в Пакистане люди автобусы как собирают по сути ничего нет для этого у них -это просто экстрим ! И смотрю одного австралийского парня там как бы оборудования на сто миллионов у него - но то совсем другой контент ! Советую так же посмотреть как из старых аккумуляторов делают новые прямо на обочине - и при этом оно работает ! А насчёт сломается оно или нет - ну не известно возможно проходит два три года как бы а потом сделают опять - главное всегда есть работа у человека !

I don't want to rain on anyones paraide...but that was a real KRAPPY weld job! To wit: too narrow a groove for a stick welder to tie into the sides with good penetration....all of the first pass (shown) did NOT TIE into the viewers L. hand groove wall & there was porosity shown. I think that the Machinests ( who are quite good) should do the machining & let the Welders weld... JWS

عمل ممتاز ،و لكن غياب تام للامن و الامان اثناء العمل،.. كان عليك ان لا تستعمل المطرقة لإدخال القطعة ،و الآخر جالس تحت ،...عليك استعمال آلة ضاغطة بدل المطرقة ،هي ليست غالية و هي أكثر أمانا من المطرقة ،..كما يمكنك صناعتها في ورشتك .ليست صعبة لصنعها... هذا إن لم تتمكن من شراء آلة ضاغطة لإدخال القطع... اتمنى ان اراك في فيديو آخر تحرس اشد الحرص على امانك و امان مساعدك ... انت تستاهل كل خير .سلام.

Why waste so much time to add material and attempt to rebuild the broken part, drill, bore and tap it, when he could simply machine a spigot, drill, bore and prep both sections of shaft, insert the spigot, and fill in with weld! It would be perfectly straight, and way stronger than what he's doing! The tapping is totally useless!!!
