I feel sad for Cookie. Poor guy never got along with the large flock. Cookie was okay when it was just Biscuit and Mr. Snowflake. Also, his age is showing. Now it's not just fear of the younger flock, but also his age that is making him afraid to leave the relative security of his own cage.

Because he has a spacious house and big cages meaning more arm room to maneuver etc, personally every time I see poop I’ll just grab my budgie sponge wet it and clean the perch/ area then do a deep clean once a week

You have to get it friends and siblings then it becomes playful and talk and if you buy it budgie toys put it inside the cage so he/she could play with it

i will tell you a story of my budgie a heart breaking story i requested my to buy a budgie so my mom decided to buy a budgie so we have brought a budgie cage so i have got two budgies!i named it morris for male and paro for female so one day i give them pellets with my hand to paro i was excited that she sit on my hand!so minutes later morris began to preen paro so the next day paro perched my finger i was so excited!!but one day a new big cage a more budgies were brought so paro and morris were happy to see there new friends!!but days later i cried a lot because paro......died.so today my one female budgie named rainbow layed eggs for 3 budgies there colour was rainbow,yellow and white,so when they grow up rainbow to lay eggs in the breeding cage i think paro will be there in the cage.................

I left them home when I came back one was out of there cage and the door was opened then the bird flew away from us 😭💔 it was the angel one named mintu 😭😥 but it's okay because she is back she is sitting on a tree outside with other budgies I saw them all together it's adorable well now I have 2 cute fluffy birds in my house

Have you considered using butcher's paper to line the bottom? It comes in a large roll, and may be easier and cheaper to layout than individual sheets. I think it would be suitable since it is safe to wrap human food in?

Just before one and a half year we had to leave our two budgies alone for two nights and a day. We gave them an additional water bowl and ond with food. The cage was open the whole time. Weather wasn´t hot, so we left the window shtut and doors shut. It all went well. But almost every hour we checked our security cam to see, what our babies did. Nothing, they were just sitting on the perch on top of the cage, staring at the door and waiting for us. They had the chance to fly and play, but they didn´t used it. That was kind of heartbreaking. But we were very glad to see, that both went in the cage by themselves when it was time to sleep. That made us a little bit proud. But now we have a cockatiel in the flock and a traveling cage. So we just need a hotel or RBNB which allows birds. It´s more easier to enjoy the ride for everyone.

I had to leave my dog at home alot cause, he is a morkie named genesis, and he is needy. when ever the whole family leaves the trailer, he gets upset about us and starts destroying everything. My mom knew she couldn't trust him home alone out of his cage. Our Budgies tweeted alot and didn't complain about anything. They were still to scared. Never flew out the cage. I didn't realized this until i saw their cheeks were white big dots on their fur. It's kinda rare but it was easy. The more pets you sell, the more pets you buy but at least the less population due to so much money to by a pet! Its true so. :/. :3

JustSmile 26 keep her in a calm environment with minimal stress. Keep her cage clean and try not to stress her. Give her lots of fresh water and try to monitor her frequently. Try to keep loud noises away too

@@lumiadorcelus8722 Hi I got them tame. Unfortunately, one of my babies got hurt about two weeks ago :( one of his blood feather broke and since then, he scared and doesn't let us hold him. Maybe its because we remove the part of the feather, but i got them tame. :)
