You’re doing excellent English is not my main one either. It is actually awesome how you can be fluent in two languages. Two well spoken languages is quite rare. From a biology standpoint it actually reflects significant brain connections not seen on someone knowing only one language. Be always proud of your communication skills! 👍🏻

The focus on an outward projection of a confident image is interesting. I also internally say things to myself between points to stay positive and remind myelf of things like “no free points for the opponent!” or encourage myself (even if I lose the point) “that setup was good! They cant handle my serve. Keep going!”

Hi Enzo, I am a table tennis coach myself and sometimes I have to coach players they don’t speak English but still manage to deliver my points, What I am trying to say in here is YOU are doing great 👍🏼 and your English is far so good than you think it is. Keep going with confidence, Chooooleeee💪

Like your videos..however I don’t agree, being vocal lets the other player know exactly what frame of mind you are at…once the vocal player shuts up they are generally in trouble. Often in matches there is a tremendous rally, the winner of the point screams something, and promptly loses the next point. Better to keep your opponent guessing where you are mentally.
