How soon can I drive after a hip replacement?

I had my hip replaced on June 12th, the doctor gave me the ok to drive home after my two week follow up. I had the left replaced

So treat it as if both your legs are your driving leg and take the longer timescale.

i'm showing this to my physio when they ask why i drove to my 5th week appointment! bastards said 6 weeks right hip
