So, the Twins Strength has yet to be realized, as I am the guy who worked them up for the Power comp they did, about 17 months ago. Mike hit 501 at 198, and that is impressive. Rumor has it, that they are return to power, prep, and coaching in the Conjugate Method. As long as it is ok, with the guys, i will keep you posted as to developments in their training. Blessings.

Something to note is that incline dumbell is usually the first movement for Sam in a workout but the twins use it as a second lift after burning out on flat benching for atleast 5 to 7 sets
@ryanowen2195
@ryanowen2195 7 күн бұрын
This is true he's not comparing which set they are on just the set it's self. But also the range of motion plays a HUGE part and tren twins win on that, in my opinion.

I feel like it still goes to Sam since he doesn't train for powerlifting and is still able to put on such massive numbers. Essentially if he trained for powerlifting his Wilks score would probably be higher. I think this argument can also be made for his bench as an example.

I will be honest considering that sam suleks best incline bench press set is 405x8 at his strongest, I would love to see what he could do on flat bench even for just one time if we never got to see it again. Because he is string, it would just be entertaining to see in my opinion Edit: Sam definitely could not do 549 on incline bench, whatever that website you used to calculate that 1rm its very unlikely and unrealistic.

How on earth is 9 reps nearly the same amount as 18? it wasn't even close. This result is also confirmed (not in the video) by the fact Sam does 405 for 7 reps on the incline press, while Mike struggles to do 365 and has never done a single rep of 405
