Taking any amount for short term crazy strength Once you take for an amount of time, your body will rely on them. You will rely on them forever. Long term preference? Be natural. wow thor is really in the best shape of his life currently. I don't know how you would want to go back to competitive strongman after having enough money to retire and realizing it shortens your life so much with weight gain/ increased dosages of drugs. He actually has some cardio now and probably struggled to get up some stairs before.
