Hi Dr. Aimee Im about to do my FET this month abroad. Im 38 yrs old. I just have 2 embryos frozen which graded 2BB and 3AB. My questions is How many embryo should be the best for me for Transfer?

I have a low mosaic aneuploid +22, is possible it could become to a healthy baby?😔 my three FIV treatments fail. And I just have my low mosaic aneuploid embryo. I don't want to lose my hope, I want to transfer but I'm so scared 😫 😢 😭

Hi Dear Dr.. I had 5 miscarriage.. Recently went for ivf but one of the embryo tested for pgs.. Diagnosed was chromosomes 10(34%) segmented chromosomal mosaics. Is it save to transfer.. If the baby survive what type of complications can hv? Pls explain...

Wonder the chances of eggs with a chromosome listed as LMM low mosiac monosomy or LMT low mosiac trisomy? Some chromosome numbered are listed on the report as having 1 chromosome or 3 chromosomes but are not designation a LMM, LMT or HMM not sure why?

Hi, What are the percent that mosaic embryo with high level of mosaicism will self correct snd result in a life born healthy baby and can’t self correct and up in miscarriage or after CVS need to be terminated. Our IVF clinic in Australia is not willing to transfer mosaic telling us that 0 of mosaic embryos that they did transfer in the past end up in a healthy baby. Majority were miscarriage cases snd a few had to be terminated. Hope you will be able to answer Our mosaic girl has trisomy chr 16 and monopsony chr 22 at approximately 50% The KAB told us there’s is almost 0 chance that embryo can self correct with these abnormalities. Amniocentesis is truly the way to test if the baby has normal chromosomes or not. It's not that the embryo will self correct.....the thought is that the baby part actually has normal chromosomes and the placental cells we are testing aren't 100 percent concordant with the inner cell mass. The mosaic embryos I have transferred that have turned into healthy babies have had 1 abnormality only, not more than one. I do think perhaps if there's more than one, it may not have as high a chance to implant. Hello Doctor We have an XY del (20)(q11.21-qter)[mos] Low level mosaic embryo. Is this considered segmental mosaic and can we proceed with the transfer of this embryo? What are the possible risks associated with this embryo?

Hi doc Aimee i had ivf 7 eggs retrieved 6 fertilize one egg went for pgd testing and came back +9, and +18 is that one could be good healthy baby ?

It if was trully aneuploid and had 2 abnormalities: +9 and +18, it probably won't be. But ask your doc to refer you to a genetic counselor to confirm for sure after they look at your reports.
