Hi Dr.. I had 5 miscarriage.. Recently went for ivf but one of the embryo tested for pgs.. Diagnosed was chromosomes +10(34%) segmented chromosomal mosaics. Is it save to transfer.. If the baby survive what type of complications can hv? Pls explain...

I cannot explain all because I am not a geneticist. +10, means you have 3 copies of 10, and has an extremely low chance of becoming normal. If it's just purely mosaic, it has a 50-50 chance of being normal.

The recommendation is not to do that if you can produce additional embryos. If you cannot do additional IVF you might consider genetic counselling.

I received my results one low mosaic -6 and -9 chromosomes two were abnormal and one was complex abnormal I’m a little confused on the complex abnormal part. Planning on transferring my mosaic next month
