@James-p1t7p Why does it matter? Of course it matters! They both have strong messages, which was quite nice for a change. What's the problem? Just that I'd prefer her to be addressed properly instead of only his fake accolades? Equal and fair is too much?
@James-p1t7p2 ай бұрын
@Sherluck93 just think it's overly dramatic and unnecessary to focus on what who was called. She was at times "vp", he was at times "Trump". In the end, she was an extremely poor candidate if you paid any real attention. They should've done a primary, and changed their messaging from "but... orange man bad"

The left need to get more practical and promote real change rather than a continuation of slow (if any) incremental change that you probably won't notice for a decade. The left also has to learn to bargin for some of the change, they may have to leave some social changes for later while they improve people's economic situation and slowly bring them onside through action rather than the easier option of hoping rhetoric and promises of future improvement will do that for them.
@nenafan12 ай бұрын
The us left does need to focus more on economic progress, but the rest of your comment makes little sense
@adamwilson29222 ай бұрын
Economic improvement and social equality are seemigly always one election away. It's hard to convince someone who is just surviving to care about someone they don't know, or a situation that may or may not happen in the future when you don't know if you'll make it to the end of the month. If people have enough and are comfortable, they're much more amiable to helping others. So therefore focus on the economy and then slowly lead people to a more equal society instead of seemingly putting moral, ethical or even philosophical issues at the forefront

We won the celebrity vote at least....but seriously, perhaps the Dems should not have forced out the candidate who actually beat Trump, after one bad debate? Biden overwhelmingly won the primary...Harris didn't even make it through the first round. This was a critical mistake, in my opinion.
@eveapple49282 ай бұрын
Winning the celebrity vote is now a death touch to any political campaign, the Dems are just slow to realise it. There is nothing more cringey than seeing a millionaire actor or singer be wheeled out to tell poorer people who to vote for, it’s really really embarrassing and looks so tone deaf and out of touch. The voting public are wise to leftist infection of the arts, and that most endorsements are entirely inauthentic and self serving with reference to the celebrities themselves

But what I noticed is that when I think about the colors of each letter and number -- 6 is a rich, deep liquid red, M is more like red frosting on a cake -- I think on these colors more than I can actually see them. I can tell two objects of similar color are similar colors. But stuff like magenta, crimson, blood red, brick red are alien to me in terms of being able to identify them. Yet, if somebody tells me the color detail, I start to see it. Kinda like my synesthesia, I think -- colorblindness is an eye problem, not a brain problem. And the brain is trying mighty hard to fill in the gaps.
