The Constitution of Nepal has mandated the provision of free and compulsory basic education and free secondary education. School education is provided mainly through two types of schools-government aided public or community schools, and unaided private or institutional schools.

Yes We need to change our ways in teaching. The best way is to increase mental capacity. Not to force knowledge but teach them to absorb it and use it.

@@sauravrai5600 what about skill development, personal development , ethics and mentoring that's also necessary.

A s an engineering student I can feel the gap between our education and market even our government teachers boast that they have 20+ years experience but they ignore the fact that they graduated before there is proper uses of mobile phones in Nepal and have no interest in learning them selves also we are learning from them it's bizarre . too much Theory base students graduate without skills.

Because there is no reason for them to be update. Even if they put in the effort, they won't get any significant return.

High skills bro, not just skill. Some people don't even know how to take an interview. How to communicate, there is no morality , manner , integrity, formalities , modesty , decency and ethics.

Good idea of the professor. In public schools, "अस्थायीलाई स्वत स्थायी" principle is very nasty!

It’s never about the courses or syllabus It’s always about TEACHERS Why is Nepali education system so screwed? The teachers

Why are teachers so bad? - Product of some education system - No freedom of teaching - Extremely low salary. Hell nah, I'm not that cheap

Isnt that so simple solution?. FInd out how many people is required for nation and bring out that much of affiliated manpower designated to various sectors Not practical. Nepal is probable of tourism. Somehow if millions of Tourists flow in this country and we needed more people to support that tourism sector then automatically people influenced to find great opportunities on that sector. education system is based on learning books only , if we learn within ourself that identifies real education.

Yes but government cannot micro manage, it is inefficient. The best way is to unlock the inner potential of the students. The schools focus only on gaining knowledge. They force knowledge. But the mental capacity , thinking skills are grayed out. We need to make students mental resources activated. Chess is the best way to unlock the mental potential.

It's not called manpower it's called human resources by the way if its need to be said in terminological ways.
