Someone who teaches you true love, Patience and Faith. Money doesn’t buy happiness. You are beautiful, smart and I can tell you will be a wonderful mama. With our without additional housing, families always figure it out.

I also have to comment about capital gains tax. Do not think for a moment that the Democrats will not put a higher or an unrealized capital gains tax in place. You see what the Democratic ran states look like. They are extremely unaffordable. They have many many restrictions they make it very difficult to run a business. Also, Canada had no problem raising their capital gains tax 67% even though I'm sure they pissed off some of The people that donate to their campaign. The fact that your government can take 67% of something you worked hard for is actually sickening to me.

I also have not seen any improvement after Biden passed his billions and billions of dollar infrastructure plan. I would like to know where that money has gone to because I don't see it on the road here

He did not mention the amount of abortions that have occurred since the early 1970s (~60 million) in the US. Plus, we are illegally importing people in mass. So...we have lowered the US birthrate with abortions but are using illegal aliens to compensate. This experiment on both ends is not going to end well for us. Appreciate the financial discussion and both platforms Ken and Danielle.

I talked to a librarian last week whose mother passed and the whole family is in a fit of confusion. I thought that librarians know how to grab a book and research their way out of a situation. She is just sitting there hoping for the best. Sad. Thank You team

A big part of the opportunity zone is on the deferral of capital gains tax. Now that the 5-7 year deferral period has ended the taxes must be paid with the lower tax percentage applied, depending on what year you initially invested. Example - You could have sold stock and put the gains into an opportunity zone fund. Then defer that gain until 2025. Then when 2025 comes around you pay the tax. With a lower rate depending on years invested. Tax bill due!

Ending the video on Trump being a better candidate because it will benefit the investors who already own real estate is appalling 🤮 . You can tell Danile is very biased towards Trump/greed based on her negative reactionary comments while Ken spoke about Harris. The affordability problem is real, for real people, real families who are just trying to survive. We need less greed and more care for our fellow humans. You can’t take your money with you when you die, and your kids are going to squander it away anyways. You really want more inflation which will lead to even more homeless drug addicts walking the streets? I live in Phoenix too and we can see when people can’t afford rent they go homeless. Cities all across the U.S. are dealing with more homeless and drug issues. Homeless have already moved into Scottsdale and don’t think they won’t end up walking the streets of rich Paradise Valley if they haven’t already. Your investment properties won’t be worth so much when crime rates rise higher than you expected.

Housing is mostly controlled by local statutes / zoning. President can’t make it possible to build in California.

You can identify a good deal in any market. The facts here are clearly in favor of Harris with regard to economic issues. The Wall Street Journal recently pointed this out. The president doesn't set interest rates, but, in Trump's case, a dictator might be able to. Trump's economic plan would add between 7 to 15 to the national debt. His tariffs plan would cost the typical taxpayer about $4000

The economy starts with fuel as everything is delivered. When you are paying to import it costs more. When you are producing your energy, it is cheaper. This is ABC elementary level economics. Besides the fact that squandering the money is fiscally irresponsible. I know you are trying to come across politically correct due to C ensorship!

trump implemented tarifs his 1st term and left office with 1.8% inflation. homes were still affordable until biden got in office and then biden policy on energy and his love of war drove up inflation.

Trump said he would not tax tips and overtime pay. Regarding the Fed, Trump has no influence over what the Fed does, and he hired the J Powell. Trump talks tough about the Fed so he can use them as a scapegoat. Just like he did with Fauci, complained about him but never replaced him.
