A good observation, that when one person is truly listening, it invites the other to truly communicate. Thanks for that! It was hard to look at the speaker and truly listen to him through the whole video though, because of all the movement in the subtitles :(

Glad you took something from the clip, and your point about subtitles is one for me to consider as usually when I watch something with subtitles it takes my attention from the speaker too. Thanks for that.
