The problem I had with Bidens statement is that US should have thought about the exit strategy years ago. They should have negotiated for a power sharing agreement with Taliban when they were in total control. Not after making an announcement for packing and leaving. What they did was pack up and leave and yes that was abandonment.

FIRST OF ALL its not our fault, problem or responsibility. Leave them to fight for themselves WE should not have gone over there in the first place. We have economic issues and problems in every major city IN AMERICA. We need to stop playing God and fix this Country. Biden is the 4th President to deal with this. This started in the 80's with Reagan. He is dead and gone but we were still sending OUR children over there to die. thats who you need to have a problem with. Reagan and Bush 1 & 2

Why did Pakistan allow the Taliban to recruit and live in the northern regions of their country for the past 20 years? Don’t tell me that some of their leaders were not complicit in helping them. Osama Bin Ladin was housed in Pakistan. I would trust no-one in that part of the world. Their treatment of their own people is atrocious. And the globalists expect us to want to live as one society? What a disgusting thought. And Trudeau wants this for Canada. Time for our society to stand up and voice loud and clear, that we must have a say in our own futures. Whatever the plan is to bring our world to heel to please the mad people behind globalism, we have to find a way to stop them. They are very rich, and have been able to bribe too many politicians and branches of government. But we so far are allowed a vote. We must be wise and make them work in our favour.

@@celticone4677 you do realize that originally the Taliban were created by Pakistan to fight against soviets, they were originally from northern region of Pakistan but does that mean complacency? the afghan war was always about 'failures+pointing fingers'. President Biden's latest speech was literally echoing what PM Khan had been saying for years, every single thing! I had recently watched an eye-opening interview of PM Khan before Taliban took over and he had an immense grasp of the situation down to the very fine details. you should watch it too, you'll only learn something about this complex issue, its also somewhat apolitical. i'll get you a link if you are interested.

It’s just silly for countries to debate whether to recognize the Talibans when the US was the first country to recognize the Taliban as legitimate rulers of Afghanistan when US/Trump negotiated a deal to withdraw troops back in April of 2020. 😂
@CapitanNaufrago
@CapitanNaufrago 3 жыл бұрын
That deal had strict conditions that the Taliban didn't keep. At that point the Americans should have stayed as they didn't keep their side of the agreement. Biden had total control plus he already had broken the agreement by not leaving in May. So once he saw how bad the situation was he could have completely stopped. Yet he didn't. If they knew thousands of Americans had still not left, why not use the Taliban breaking the agreement to stay until they could at least evacuate? Why not stay in at least Kabul after they saw how quickly cities were falling? No excuse.
