The US acomplished their goals. Weaken al-qaeda, find Osama-bin Laden and the rest responsible for the terror attack. They succeded. Building the country and army was just a side thing, and no reason for US or Nato to be there if the Afghan forces dont want to protect their own country

It’s just silly for countries to debate whether to recognize the Talibans when the US was the first country to recognize the Taliban as legitimate rulers of Afghanistan when US/Trump negotiated a deal to withdraw troops back in April of 2020. 😂

That deal had strict conditions that the Taliban didn't keep. At that point the Americans should have stayed as they didn't keep their side of the agreement. Biden had total control plus he already had broken the agreement by not leaving in May. So once he saw how bad the situation was he could have completely stopped. Yet he didn't. If they knew thousands of Americans had still not left, why not use the Taliban breaking the agreement to stay until they could at least evacuate? Why not stay in at least Kabul after they saw how quickly cities were falling? No excuse.

I live in the capital Kabul guys now, it doesn't look that horror as u displayed it in the video, yes the Taliban have come here but all of the sudden these days we move freely where ever we want, the women observe their hijab(bodycover) and we have good electricity and security as we didn't have in the presence of USA and Mr president. So Taliban have done the job so for and they also issued amnesty for everyone.

Why is the Taliban trying to stop those who do not want to live under their ruling? Let them try leave if they want to. Why is with the need to subjugate people to a type of life they don't want? Right now every single country that share borders with Afghanistan is having a crisis because of the number of refugees that are crossing or trying to cross over.

They weren't getting refueled, ammunition wasn't being replenished, and they hadn't been paid in 6 months, yet they still showed up to fight. .....So im not sure its their fault.
