Very nice and reliable car, unfortunately not available in Europe, where SUVs replaced the vans in the meantime. I would buy a Sienna to replace my VW Sharan. I had a Sienna as a rental car in US a couple of years ago and I was surprised about its quality and versatility.

The Toyota Sienna is the noisiest mini-van I have ever driven! There is absolutely no sound-proofing or wind / air seals anywhere which makes road-noise unbearable during highway driving. The hvac electronically controlled vents have a mind of their own. The cpu won't allow the alternator to properly / fully charge the battery. And don't get me started on the massive amounts of gorilla tape holding the exterior panels and front grill in place / reducing annoying low-speed vibration sounds. This is on a Sienna with less than 30k miles!!
