I have the panel with 60 LEDs for a few years and I am happy with that. I remember, there were nice results after 3 weeks already. It is a lot of studies and this technology has many benefits, it can also help to manage circadian rhytm, some mental issues and more. These days I am too lazy to find time time using the panel and thats pity :D

@@PrecisionWellbeing Definitely! I had acute golfers elbow on both arms 6 months ago. It was from trail on bike (first time) and next day I sensed some problem. I did some research and found out, thats golfers elbow. Due to this problem I was not able to do squats in the gym, because my elbows hurt so much, but the other exercises were quite pain free. It's been a long journey considering everything i've done and the panel was an important part. Unfortunately I only used it for 3-4 minutes per day, sometimes twice a day and I think it's better than nothing. I also tried chin-up protocol from Mark Rippetoe, but it didn't help. I am not sure if my elbows are fully healed or not, maybe some doctor or MRI would tell me, but I am able to exercise pretty hard and I have no problem with bench press or bicep curls. Squats have still my respect, but I tried them last week after long tome and it was quite good, pain 1-2/10. But it was sudden, I should have make better warm up before squats.

Thank you so much! 🙏🏻 I have a question. It doesn't have a precaution or not contraindicated with diabetic patients as with the infrared, right? Or does it have?
@PrecisionWellbeing9 ай бұрын
As far as I'm aware there are no cautions or contraindications for diabetic patients. I will find out and let you know if there are though. In theory it would probably be beneficial for diabetics especially for peripheral artery issues and diabetic neuropathies as the red light can help increase local blood flow. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

speaking of the weak buckle you mentioned. my buckle did break (the plastic snapped) after a few months of use. also, a major problem. the battery life degrades my about 50% after 1.5 years of use, and the batteries are NOT replaceable. when the batteries finally die you're stuck with having to throw the device out & spend another $700 USD on a new one.

Thanks for sharing as thinking if to invest - i have a mini panel which i have had for 3 years shall stick to that.
@HA-kw7vq20 күн бұрын
Thank you for your valuable insights. I use a mini panel for feet and wrists due to damage caused by RA - I can place the panel to do both wrists instead of doing each separately. Is it worth investing in, as i have an RL mini Block Blue panel already - I would appreciate your thoughts.
@PrecisionWellbeing20 күн бұрын
I believe the Block Blue has very similar wavelengths to the Move+. The Block Blue uses 660 and 850 whereas the Move+ uses 660 and 808, so there's not a lot of difference between the two. So in my opinion you could just stick with the Block Blue Mini for similar results. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

Is this a band aid for my tennis elbow or a cure?
@PrecisionWellbeing5 ай бұрын
Kind of both... it will help reduce pain and inflammation and it will help to encourage cellular repair/regeneration. However you still need to be following the right steps (as outlined in my tennis elbow video) and avoiding aggravating factors. So think of this as an aid and not something that is going to do it all. Here is the link to my tennis elbow video just in case you haven't seen it already: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mauUYqikoZysb6c I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley

I have pain in multiple joints: knees, rhizarthrosis in both thumbs, trigger finger on the left little finger, bilateral golfer's elbow. Is it safe to use red light for 15 minutes in each of these areas in a single day or what would be the recommended use?
@PrecisionWellbeing9 ай бұрын
Yes it is very safe to use all over the body for 15 minutes each. It's safe even if you go for longer than that but the optimum time is 15 minutes. I would suggest using the red light 2 times per day on each area that you're in pain in. Does that help? Best wishes, Ashley

Got the Move+. I am a former tennis Pro and was wondering if it will help heal Bunions next to my big Toes?
@PrecisionWellbeing5 ай бұрын
Hey Bart, I don't think it would help with the structural problem of your bunion, but it could help with the pain associated with it (if there is any pain). Since you already have it you can try it and see. Let me know if it does help or not, I would be interested to hear. Best wishes, Ashley

I have the Move+ and use it all over including my ankles and around my feet. I think it will help with swelling around your Bunions but going barefoot footwear such as Vivobarefoot shoes will help dramatically. I also wear Xero and use Injiji toe socks. All of my feet and ankle issues all resolved.

@@PrecisionWellbeing Thanks. I'd had it for 3 months already when I got the device, so I was well past that initial super tender, couldn't even lift a carton of milk, phase and had been doing daily stretching and every other day light strengthening with a light dumbbell. Are you looking for review about red light therapy or the device itself? There are quite a lot of research journals on PubMed supporting the use of red light therapy at the wavelengths that the Move+ emits. You're right that there is no plug for the charging cable, but many companies are no longer proving these moving forward. All you need is a USB port on your computer or any USB plug that you already have around the house. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley
