I was wondering if you have any other resources/information you can direct us towards regarding the expression and management of disease in different ethnicites. This is a point I would really want to touch on in my Barts interview, but I'm not sure where I can get more examples of how Barts provides this opportunity to see it :)

you’re welcome! other than clinical experience around the East London area (which will give you plenty of exposure to different ethnicities and health inequalities), we often get to think about these things during our PBL scenarios too. PBL is great because you get to look at a healthcare scenario holistically and look beyond textbook medicine and get a bit of real life understanding of how medicine can be applied. You get to see that yourself in third year when you start hospital placements btw!

you're welcome!! and yep as mentioned in the vid, personal statement questions are common. It might be something very small but they tend to have a look at it before your interview and lead some questioning with it.
