If I keep on increasing the weight for my pushing exercises as a progression, do I need to get a higher resistance band or to do more reps on the band pull apart ?

For Exercises Like OHP and Lateral Raises, do they count towards pushing?

Yes they do, especially OHP

And here I was thinking that 2:1 meant a 225 Bench Press = 450 Row.
