I think the biggest problem is that most of us won't even accept any of these achievements as our goals. I used to see people achieve everything I wanted and would try to convince myself that I didn't care, that it wasn't my goal. Eg- I saw Hamza slowly start to "make it." I saw his subscribers increasing, his revenue increasing, but that didn't do anything for me, because I was shielding myself by saying "Good for him. But that aint my goal." It finally just took me to ask myself "Is this something I would like to achieve?" "100% YES", "Is there any achievement that would give me more fulfilment than this achievement?" "Can't think of anything, no." That's how I finally got myself to start out on this journey. The first step was to make myself pick it as a goal.

@@TheRealGazelle I'm not complaining, I'm just stating facts. Sorry if you misunderstood my comment, I'm not saying that we end up as factory workers and can't be succesful, rather the system is set up from 18th century to raise us that way and haven't changed yet. Your brother and father probably went to university or specialized school where they got most of their knowledge or were self taught - this is not the case. I was talking about elementary/primary/high schools which have same industrial values like following instructions, following authorities, strict schedules, doing exactly what you are told and memorizing useless stuff. Most of schools supress today's values like teamwork, communication, creativity, time management, passion or actual useful information. Some schools mostly in Scandinavia adopt new systems with these values, children make their own schedules, aren't graded, work on team projects, etc. On average they are one of the most succesful.

There is nothing wrong with working for someone else as long as you are valued and treated with respect. A job where you feel like an integral part of a team and not a slave, where you're given freedom to express yourself in your work and be proud of growing the business. You can learn a lot from working with a small business owner. I work at a vape store while I'm in school and it's the best job I've had over the 10 years I've been working. $20 / hour, I get overtime, holiday bonus, freedom to run the shop the way I want for the most part, and nobody micromanages me. I can pick my own hours as well. My point is you don't have to feel like a little bitch just because you aren't an entrepreneur as long as you find a good gig and are working toward something better

Just typed out a long ass message on how I got to Hamza's level of fulfillment and confidence and cured my long term diagnosed depression (and nearly got anxiety disorder beat too, it's still beat in the sense that it doesn't beat me anymore) that resulted in a suicide attempt... But the page refreshed. I am not typing it out again. Bottom line is... Goals are everything. I am not where I need to be, but I desire to be a person who struggles towards his own goals and lives on his own terms... And I am. As a result I love everyday of my life of a dozen battlefronts where my only breaks are for meditation, even though I have not yet "made it."

I saw a 4 -5 year old kid holding a mobile today. And you will find many such kids. It's just so sad that we cannot even do anything to prevent this, our whole generation and the coming generations spend their whole time on social media and gaming. Adults post cringe and childish reels and get paid for it. If this keeps continuing, then our next generations won't even have the skills required to get a job, even if they are provided education. How will companies generate profit if there are no workers? By automating everything? The coming years will see a rise of unemployment. Many people are living a good quality of life without even contributing anything to society. And i am against the western culture. It has made people so hedonistic, that people don't have any purpose or meaning in their lives, constantly spending all their time overstimulating themselves. I would rather live in a society where more importance is given to philosophy and gaining knowledge. This is a pandemic. We need to stop this. Even if it means using force to bring about a complete change. Our generation is disconnected from reality, they won't stand against any social injustice, we have seen legends , sacrificing their whole lives for bringing about a social change , standing for social cause, wanting to build an ideal society where there is no discrimination. Today's generation is so disconnected from reality it's so sad. The intellectual level of the next generations is going to reduce a lot and we will definitely see a high drop in scientists and philosophers.

7:45 yes bro, THE TEACHERS ARE THE BULLIES. And that’s where you can’t do anything about it. I don’t care if a kid tries bullying me cause I will just punch them. But it’s completely different when the literal teachers bully you. At least 2 of my teachers this past school year have gotten in my face and told me and my friends we were dropped on the heads as children for not knowing the answer to a question. How is that legal? I’m in the USA school system so I guess that is normal lol

this must be some 1st world country problem. out in my country, teachers will literally BEAT YOU UP. bamboo sticks, thin copper wires, they'll beat u up with anything. i would be happy asf if the most my teacher did was told me that i was dumb. well this is what i get for being born in a 3rd world country. so i cant really complain lmao

Hamza's growth over the past year has been a joy to watch. I feel like without running into his channel my life would be a lot more depressing and sad, but it takes time and dedication to get to your goals I guess. 150k in December is undershooting Hamza, you're just over half way through the year and had 2 months in Thailand, and you are making 45k a month. Time to get your head down and hit the grindstone hard, defeat everyone's expectations
@scottroman6941
@scottroman6941 Жыл бұрын
In this video, you ask about criticisms if you are making over 10K a month. I make 13.3K a month pre tax at my normal 9-5 job. I am a software developer, I'm 28, I enjoy what I do, and my colleagues/company are very reasonable (unlimited PTO and they push for 6 weeks off a year. This is the US). I think for many people, they need to hear the "entrepreneurial" mindset stuff to get them going to make more. But that's not for everyone. You can make a good living with hard skills as an employee. The thing is that you have to set boundaries to make it low stress (at least in white collar work). Since Day 1 of working 6 years ago, I made it clear to my bosses that I won't work overtime, and that if my work isn't done in 8 hours, that I'll do it tomorrow. I have pretty good output so this has never been an issue. I also don't put up with BS and have no problem quitting to go somewhere else if the company isn't providing the environment I want. I'm on my 4th company in 6 years, and have gotten decent pay bumps each time I switched. Additionally, I work remotely, and given my tasks are cognitive in nature, I have freedom to do what I want during the day. Sometimes I take naps, I cook, I read, I go for a run. It's not a bad setup. The main thing is that if you work as an employee, you need to set boundaries. This worked for me, but I realize it won't work for most people.

If you enjoy working 9-5 go for it. But I refuse to go to a job that's gonna make me deppresed. I want to make money the way I want to, and it probably sounds unrealistic but it will happen. I vizualize it every single day. My parents refuse to believe that I can make money on the internet and I can't wait to prove them wrong lol. There are so many things I wanna do in life and working a job I dislike is not one of them. If I keep working hard on myself, on my channel and keep searching for ways to make passive income, I *will* succeed.

I’ll probably get buried with this comment, but I have to say it. It works. What’s Hamza is telling you about setting one goal and obsessing about it works. I have done it with my body - all it took was 3 months, and I’m in the top 20% of men. I get girls staring at me as I walk down the street. I am not locked in on my start-up. And I can see it so clearly. I’m following Hamza’s advice, I’m actively visualising about this for 1 hour every day, then getting my ass to work. And the wild thing is - what I write down in my visualisations is exactly what happens. It’s as if I tricked my brain that it’s already been done, and now it simply follows the natural course - if I’m destined to be successful, I guess I’ll just go ahead and be successful. It may sound like the ramblings of a mad man, like fluff talk. But Hamza is right. This shit does work.
