I've been in The Real World (Tate's course) for over a year and a lot of it is centered around self-improvement, masculinity, skills building, all before making money online, it's just a shame that's the main selling point and that's why so many quit straight away because there is so much work you've got to put in first. Found hamza exactly an year ago. Started self improvement ever since. I was at 86kg and shapeless.watched porn every week and jerked off. I started to remove the bad habits one by one , but started to succumb back to them recently but didn't want to give up. I go to the gym every week , lost 12 kg and has a fine physique that everyone finds attractive. For anyone whose feeling down bad and this 'self improvement ' thing is not working , It's normal. No matter what , never give up.

I didn't start going to the gym at first because of you, but because some friends strated going and I decided it was a good idea. Tbh second best idea I ever had. You content tho set me truly on the right path because without you, I would have probably just gone to the gym and that's it, I wouldn't have known nearly as much about self improvement and todays problems if it weren't for you. I have been watching your content for nearly 6 months now and I really find it helpful. Thanks Hamza!

I feel like I’m doing the other way around with Hamzas intended growth. I never made a lot of money but I’m at a point where I’m making enough to have an abundance for a healthy life style. I started working out because of Hamza. Then discovered the power I get from semen retention. Then I fell into the masculine spirituality to life. Im currently a completely different person from a year ago. I don’t care so much about money as much as I care about who I am. Money didn’t help my last relationship, it was my lack of character and masculine energy and presence. That matters Also, DIET IS SO IMPORTANT!! You’ll feel so great when you fix the food and timing of your meals. I love carnivore with some real honey and veggies sometimes. Avoiding carbs has been great for my body. For protein power I use: Isopure Whey Protein Unflavored. No extra ingredients or sweeteners

Being a web developer and making money, meditating and reading every single day. One day I lost the track and i thought im good enough and i lost a lot of my progress Im struggling right now to get back to my self-improvement journey. Remember guys, you can never stop, if you stop improving yourself and think that you are good enough, your progress vanishes over time. I hope i can get back to my old self. Thank you so mucn Hamza! Can you do a video about ultra busy people who have to be on the computer/ipad to study and do work even late at night. I am a medicine student and I cannot not study at night after school. I have no problem following the things you stated in this video. In fact, I have known all of these for a long time and follow most of them. However, the one about not having/minimizing blue light at night is not feasible for me, and I imagine for a lot of people, because I have to work still even late into the night which entails being exposed to blue light. As such, can you make a video about how we might be able to go about this? Thank you!

You have mastered the art of buying selective growth mindsets and philosophies that genuinely contribute to self mastery and avoiding the ones that are destructive in nature. High utility video.. Keep up the valuable/high quality work, Hamza.

I agree with reading + sleep ... BUT Rather do it like this: read before bed (eg. in a chair - and NOT the one you work in) Only go to bed when you feel tired, that helps condition you to fall asleep faster and get tired when laying in bed.

You are right about hope and positivity for men in a world that hates us. The PUA community is also toxic. I've met many guys in PUA and all they do is hate, whine, gossip, argue, have hissy fits, passive aggressive toxic behaviour, are socially challenged, amogging, power games, ostracising, ganging up, deliberately ignoring you when you are talking, weird behaviour, bullying in whatsapp, trolling. That was the majority of them. And I get that's life deal with it but it seemed disproportionately high in PUA. I get game is tough but it was really extreme. Can't talk for black pillers never met them but my advice is be willing to walk away from these weird PUAs if things get bad.
