Awesome to see Julius Maddox using the wenning warm ups in his latest videos. Obviously doing something right Matt if you have the best bench presser using your methods, perhaps a video about your time with Julius ??

So prior to a complete conjugate block which incorporates max effort, utilise the hypertrophy method to build muscle in the right area and use the dynamic method with sub max weights to build speed and improve form. Then follow this with a full conjugate block.

Hey Matt awesome video as always. I'm starting to look at training kind of like college, not that I went. Like I spend an hour in the gym(class) and spend 2 hrs outside "researching" (not necessarily 2 hours, just a figure of speech) is that a bad way to look at it? I enjoy watching and learning since it will make me more efficient.

When people take up a martial art let's say they naturally assume it's going to take many years to master. For some reason when it comes to strength training people assume it will only take a couple of years to excel at...very strange.
