Recently I read a book "Discover your Dharma by Sahara Rose" in which she explains how to design your life and career around your prakriti. Reading that book I realised It's okay to do several things at once since I am Vata (Dominant) + Pitta I could connect so much with you in this video, I was razor sharp at studies during my student life only when I had 5 different things in the day to do like dancing, painting, sports, etc and I was surprisingly good at everything. In my 11th 12th I just studied going from one tuition to another and no fun activities, I couldn't concentrate in studies and scored the lowest I have ever scored in my entire student life. To this day never understood what happened to me back then. This video explained! Even today, My mind is everywhere, I want to do so many things at once and end up finishing none. I join the gym but will get bored with it in a few months. I get bored with jobs, and totally unable to focus on just one thing at a time.
