I would really like to see videos where the stars messed up and why. Messi doesn't always get it right. I think we learn just as much from mistakes as from successes. Problem is youtube is for highlights and you can hardly find any mistakes though watching a whole game you can see them.

He has mastered the difficult skill of being dangerous and involved from the right side, even though he’s a right footed right winger. It’s hard to explain but it’s a lot harder to go on these drives inside with the ball from the right side. Rodrygo does it perfectly and would love to see an analysis of him. Keep going!

my friends always laugh at me when i tell them its actually easier for me to play 1vs2 rather than 1vs1 both on defense and on offense, why? when you're outnumbered its easier to bait opponents and go inbetween them and once you're there.. you're either past them or its a foul, a win win. whats more its incredibly rare for 2 players to have exceptional coordination with each other and stop you although it happens. they cant both afford to commit because 2 on you means theres a teammate who's free. what messi does is use his teammates as bait to get more defenders' focus on himself and spot a through ball or a lane after defenders' focus has shifted, if you're looking at him then you're not paying attention to those outside your field of vision, obviously. my grandad's best quote was 'football is a simple game but not for simple people', its baffling how many overcomplicate the game.. look at incredibly skilled dribblers like ronaldinho, messi, ronaldo etc and think dribbling is all they have which is not true they are just that good at reading spacing between defenders that they can afford to do clown stuff. those who are afraid to thread a pass through defenders.. small ball, big field, ball moves way faster than anyone's legs :D if it doesnt go through its your skill thats lacking not god passing judgement on you, skill or just hesitation giving away your intentions, like messi faking a pass to bait a defender, imagine he passed it :D that would've been lost possession in an instant
