Another important healing item to keep an eye out for in the late game that can also be carried, but has a limit of one, is the ancient potion. It maxes out both the health and stamina bars

Do not forget hitting Zl and B as your falling for a hit will auto recover. It does use a wire bug but it's fantastic. Also jump on your dog if you have one to drink potions or sharpen your weapon!

There is a point of learning a monster that I always hit. It’s when I think I have it down and then dodge roll right in to the monsters biggest hit.

Me fighting mizutsune in generations ultimate so many times that I had 4 grank senta from it and 2 grank sets from soulseer. Before Rise Demo installed I went into grank mizu hunt and finished it without getting hit once. Pretty good I thought. Launched the demo went straight to the Mizu fight and failed miserably. Figures muscle memory for old moveset is not such helpful with new game.

Another good video and yeah that's Superman dive is very important with certain endgame elders as some attacks can only be avoided through that or with extreme luck. It may not be necessary in this game but I always have a couple dung bombs in case a secondary monster gets a little too friendly. Lol

My first time encountering A reason needing that was with Tri fighting a very basic monster called Quropeco and all of a sudden would as soon as you hit high rank, he would call on deviljho... That was a surprise and taught you that high rank, things weren't going to be easy

you forgot to mention the new mechanic ZL + B allows you to usea wire bug to recover from a knock down, since rise has decided to introduce for the monster juggling combos is a good skill to learn. also once you have to oportunity depending if is in the game vitality skills to increase you health bar, divine protection is good bonus to reduce damage from time to time. also master the radial menu this is a must scrolling and looking for health items takes your eyes away from the monster and will cart you.

I didn't "forget", I left it out because the game SCREAMS IT at you with a big fat Button Prompt UI right in the middle of the screen. Only an idiot could miss it. And I went over the utility of the radial menu in a video in this series already.

When you bleed and crouch down you still can move crouched and it will recover you from bleeding. It also automatically applies buff that will increase your natural recovery of HP.

A helpful tip for fireblight in some maps,if you roll on a body of water,you will douse it immediately,so if facing a fire using momster,consider moving it to a water filled area just.in case Also,max options do not seem to up your go bar anymore,mainly because endemic life,but nutrients which extend your no bar might exist Very nice series btw,digestible for new players,wish I had this back in for :)

Bleeding ailment is also healed by Sushifish. I'm pretty sure it has been like that since Bleeding was introduced with Steve in MH4.
