What a contribution from your daughter that she shared her point of view- she truly loves and supports you! It’s thrilling to find you in the podcast space. You’ve been a positive influential figure in my past (I turned 60 this year) and it’s so cool to be able to tune in and get to hear your shared thoughts. Thank you!

Thank you Gabby, I really love your solo shows, they are the ones where I get the most takeaways... :) You got me on sleep and first light...two things I will try to integrate . Lots of love & happy new year !!

I love that you talked about how sometimes just telling the truth is being kind. I believe this so strongly. I have unfortunately lost friends because I do this. But I am at peace with it. I'm not for everyone and that's just the way it is, trying to be isn't for me! Happy New Year, Gabby!

Hi, I really got a lot out of this, Gabby. I’m 42, working mom of 2, and like many women my age I watched you rise up, and be such a hugely successful female athlete. Your words are just as incredibly powerful now as the image of strength from your pro sport days. I encourage you to look up the let them theory if you haven’t already. It has been on my mind a lot lately as I parent my daughter ❤ 😅

Ugh, I hear you on the knee thing! I have severe arthritis in both knees and work to avoid knee replacement surgery. I also believe that I can get better and refuse to accept that 'this is just the way things are'. I've been living with arthritis for most of my life, having developed it as a child. I was told I would be in a wheelchair by 2015 and that hasn't happened. I'm kind of stubborn, but I'll be damned if I don't give it my best shot before I accept that kind of limitation! 💪 And yes, it isn't easy but it's worth it.

I don’t like sitting cross-legged during meditation either. I learned from Vinny Crispino (Pain Academy) to meditate laying down with my legs propped up on a chair or box at 90°, with a strap just above the knees to keep legs from splaying out. Feels so much better to my achy hips and knees. Thanks for your wonderful podcasts; this one, just you and your thoughts, has been stellar.

That’s funny! I feel like I can be too lenient with the kids… great show, thank you for straight forward talk and a new definition of health!

Incredibly resonating video! I'm on the other end of the spectrum, and am leaning into being less worried about what people think of me in my content.
