I love your website and valuable movement info. Is there a list of moves that you can provide that I can do sequenced together for a short workout?

+Heather Mick There may be several lists! We offer a free book, Pressing Reset, on our website that may be able to give you some help. These are more restorative resets though. As far as exercises for strength, I am a fan of doing the things and movements that you like to do. I shy away from routines for people unless I know them and their likes, dislikes, and goals.
