If you google essentials permissions, and copy the relative permissions eg the use one for players only and then install luckperms and assign the 2 different permissions to 2 different groups (default group if anyone who joins automatocally)

You can change that in the config.yml for essentiasx and i would recommend using the villager market plugin for this also. it can set proper shops with stocking areas so stuff is limited

I would recommend installing a scoreboard plugin first, and then PlaceholderAPI or PAPI, PAPI basically allows you to use placeholders such as %balance% which will show your amount of money as per the player.
