I know this is a bit older of a video....but are you guys doing any ph checks or water mineral adjustments? If not maybe you could do one batch your standard way and one batch meeting ph specs and water profile for that style. Just to see if there is a noticeable difference

In probably 90% of our brews we do water chem. We dont show that in most of our videos though because it us very specific to our water. I agree we should do a side by side water chem vs not though!

Was that warm water out of the hose for sparging? What temp? If not, wouldn't be better doing it with hot water? Thanks!

In this case we did you basically the hottest tap water we have, however cold water sparging is a recent trend in home brewing that works great! With "sparging" out of tap water you need to be sure your tap water is high quality, and that you're using a potable water hose that doesn't leach any off flavors. This beer in particular turned out great, tho! (even despite our shortcuts)

This specific malt isn't yet widely available - however Linc Malt does have an Amazon account you could search to find this pilsen grain.

I noticed a lot of your guys beers seem really hazy. What would I do differently to obtain a beer with better clarity? Preferably without the use of additives. Would a full extract brew (besides hops) have inherently better clarity? I ask just because most people I know drink miller and bud and I think they'd be put off trying homebrew if it looks hazy.

Methodology can play a big role in clarity. Using a higher flocculating yeast, recirculating your mash, using whirlfloc or gelatin can all help improve clarity. In a pinch you can always filter too!
