Eso dice la norma el ACI son factores de reducción de rigidez. Hay 0.70 para muros no agrietados y 0.35 para muros agrietados

Dear engineer, thank you for your attention. fr in ACI is based on PSI and can be converted to kgf/cm2 as follows: fr=7.5√f'c in PSI=7.5(0.070307*(√(f'c/0.070307)))=1.9√f'c in kgf/cm2
