I haven't had an interview for a very long time. I also haven't ever thought deeply about the questions being asked at an interview. I have to thank you for saying something that I have never heard before. All the others mention "successful outcome" and just stop there. Great - hundreds of people stood there cheering and clapping! By contrast, you actually bothered to say "or gained meaningful insight." Just sometimes, I believe that at least one of the presenters really does care.

Great question! When an interviewer asks about your career pathway, they're essentially asking you where you see yourself going (and maybe even a little about where you've been). How and why did you choose to get into this field? What have you done to move from one level of expertise to another? Where do you see yourself going in 3, 5, or 10 years?

I thought in another video you said that we shouldn't look at personality traits

I think that's just for weaknesses, as personality traits aren't easily changed - therefore a negative trait is a negative responsibility for the managers to deal with
