First all of these should be outside of your employment. If these examples come from your job, it would tough to show that you did those because you were paid for this, or as one with 'extraordinary abilities". This the one of the reasons, most of us are struggling. Now, going one by one - mentoring students: It depends. Won't qualify for any of 10 in general. But if you teach at MIT (say), you can claim that your worked was reviewed by acclaimed people in your field, that's why they let you teach in a prestigious institute. Regardless, it can be used for Final Merits Determination (FMD). It'll show that you are SME/master of your niche and plan to be in the niche longer. Participation in conf: No value, unless you reviewed papers/submissions of other participants, or presented. Speaker in webinar or conf: Could be the part of published articles. Would be great if you have recording. Need to show the impact of your webinar, conf presentation. Need to find accolades from viewers/ watchers mentioning they resolved complex problems/increased revenue/ saved IT costs from your presentation/work/artifacts. Authorship of articles undergoing editorial review: Nope, just writing articles never help. You need to find the impact, and document those in the shape of story such as a few accolades from readers. Good luck. I'm not an attorney. A tip: try to contribute to opensource community and try to have your name in one of the committers.

In case of conference papers you can use it as original contribution and also if paper is selected for poster or a talk then that is evidence that someone from conference with a background similar to yours reviewed it. This way you can satisfy the criteria. Please also consult an attorney to make sure!
