For the next three days I'll forget about bodybuilding stuff and focus on spending time with the loved ones and enjoy food with them, then after that back to it. ☺

I’m like that I can take one or two days off and get right back too it. Some people loose it and go off the deep end though and two days turns into two weeks turns into two months and they are fat!

Trained this morning, will train again on 27th , will switch off for a few days do what ever I like. If you cane it all year a few days makes no difference 😊

Great stuff here! I don’t see anyone talking about this. With all that our families do to support us, we can use this time to give back to them. Also, I appreciated the reminder about responsible food consumption. Really took that to heart.

It is one day a year, I can switch on and off no prob. Some people can’t. But if ur able to, enjoy the day eat with loved ones and when you wake up tomorrow get right back to it. Don’t guilt yourself or make yourself feel like shit. Live life.

honestly m8, Solid words and not just 100% BB bias. Guys need to know its about smart choices and not turning up to xmas dinner with 3 or 4 tupparware boxes. Just be smart and sensible but dont sacrifice the quality time and enjoy the day with the family without stress and worries of chicken and rice :-)

People forget its not about food - its about spending quality time with people you love and do care the most. Yes, food makes it all even more special but whats the point of munching while neglecting the most important factor. I honestly put my attention to that and as far food as Kuba said - I make smart choices. Veggies, good amount of protein and Im good! Dont need any cakes or other calorie packed stuff. If ai want a treat I will grab some fruit. And with that Im being present and also enjoying myself while sticking to my goals.

I just don’t over consume, and save cals the week on the run up. Will take 2 days off training and just don’t over do it. I have a couple of drinks not a bottle, and a small portion of afters etc lol

Everything in moderation is not bad for you. You don’t have to pig out. And go yourself with food on cakes and cookies. Have a little bit of food and pick good food choices.
