I think another major tip that I tried is to listen to how people answer interview questions, Whether it's your favorite celebrity or a well spoken person. Listen to how they answer simple questions, or complex questions, or personal questions, or even how to reject answering rude questions. Usually celebrities have unique ways to answer questions. By listening to their interviews and how they respond, you will eventually start to fomulate your own answers based on the answers that stuck to you the most.

3:23 Rule 1: Have a clear purpose & structure 8:15 Rule 2: Speak simply 9:14 Rule 3: Learn to deliver (elements) 9:18 Eye contact 9:26 Gestures 9:33 Voice 9:43 Posture 10:25 Permit structure: Conclusion, provide your reasoning, give specific examples (practices) 11:35 Read regularly 11:43 Daily writing 11:50 Listen to good speeches 11:58 Record yourself Just like Ruri's first video that I've watched, and just like the vast majority of Dr.K's videos from the HealthygamerGG channel, this video somehow seems to have shown up at the perfect time of my life where such an issue seems to be most prevalent. During the vast majority of, if not my whole life, I've struggled to express myself properly/deliver my thoughts well enough, which has cost me more than once. Even now, I still sometimes struggle to express things clearly oftentimes, which makes me worried I'm not being taken seriously enough by the other people in a given conversation, especially once I run out of things to say; I also don't often hang out with other people in general which means I don't get to "exercise" enough in this (and I also feel embarrased to talk to/record myself even when I'm all alone); and in turn I become less willing to hang out with others in the first place out of worry that I might become an inconvenience to be around, and thus the cycle continues. I try not to think about this too much/tend to forget about it, but sometimes I'm reminded of all this and many other things and feel stuck. On that regard, this is one of the main reasons I chose to stick around Ruri's channel after watching her first video many months ago; I may not always be(come) willing to practice all the things that she suggests in her videos, but even mentioning the issues/possible tips at all makes me feel called out on a series of issues I need to fix about myself to become better as a person on the whole.

I agree that moving your "yes" or "no" to the beginning of the sentence is very powerful. If you're struggling to get rid of saying "Um" while you think, it can sometimes be useful to replace it with, "Hmm," or, "That's a good question, let me think on that for a moment," so long as neither is overused. Thank you for this video! As a side note, I would be interested in knowing which makeup products you use, if you ever felt like keeping that information somewhere I would use those links.

I recommend using pen and paper for notes taking and you won't have any problems with articulation or anything like that. Nowadays society is endlessly fighting the symptoms instead of the roots „digitalisation“ Simplicity is the key, this is the best state for transforming into effortless intuition, over-engineering is for robots, not for humans. Believe it or not it pen and paper has many positive psychological impacts than you can think of
