When you said you used epoxy in screw holds, and made a "hockey puck" what did you use for expoxy? Then you re-bore, what did you use to secure? Bolts, screws?

I used total boat 5:1 mixed with milled glass and injected into the cored out hole.

I replaced my seat a few years ago but the vinyl kinda melted the sun. I've since invested in a seat cover but want to get a new seat cushion again. Seems specialty marine is the only option but don't want the melting problem again. Who is your guy in North Carolina or can you recommend another option. Great videos!
