Figured it out...twist the end of the ear bud with 2 fingers and the little rubber piece on end with pop off showing the small stem which that what's connect the ear piece onto.....complete bs they don't mention nothing on how to take off the rubber pieces on it!

Man you have to first remove the ones that comes with the earbuds as bought. You don't see them as they are attached to the buds. Use your nails. When you remove them you will be able to put the one that come in the minibox

Ha, tried to install on a 4 hour flight, getting those little orange rings over the ear buds, hopelessly.. ya think it would state that little simple step somewhere in the doc or that cute but totally useless instruction video on “how to install the JBL Tune Flex Ear Tips.. Did we miss it anywhere?? Thanks for posting!!!

This video is useless, we should be able to vote to remove videos. Waste of internet space. The white cap that looks like it is part of the earpiece meeds to be removed to accept the new rubber piece. The push on with a little effort.

Video doesn't show shit about putting on the ear tips. Thank God someone else commented that there is another small earth already on the earbud that has to be removed first. Once this is done then you can figure it out (very easy) to install the larger ear tips. What's hard is that the small earths already on the ear bud is small and the same color as the ear bud. It looks so integrated (same size and same color as the tip of the earbud) it doesn't look lie anything is on there. Once removed it is pretty self explanatory. Who quality controlled this video????? Who ever it was should be fired!!!

I am looking for an actual demo!!! Gosh, it's hard to attach this ear tip!!! You're not helping! Edit: Got it. Huh just tell us to removed this tiny part (almost impossible to detect) and out the ear tip!

Yes, I agree. I thought at first do I have to remove the tip that’s already on it, but I didn’t want to at first incase I broke it. If she said that straight away it would be simple.

There were a few guys that actually figured out in the comments. All job had to do was say remove tips of ear phones which are tiny rubber pieces and the ear tips fit right on there. I presume you figured it out already so sorry for beating a dead horse

Worst video, 😢 poor set-up directions do not tell you to take off blue rubber rim off earbud, then eartip easily fits on earbud 😮 The blue rim appears to be an integral part of the earbud. 😂I hope it works!
