Fellas like they said don't talk to females at your job it's a lose lose situation. I had two situations at work and it was with a female co worker. I kept it very professional and coo and they just tripped out and that power trip went to their head. Had a older bw call me the n word ending in er at work lol and I was let go and the other chick was crazy in the head but they couldn't fire me cuz there was to much evidence I saved and she had that went against her. Just keep it strictly professional guys and always protect yourself cuz if she makes a move on you and you reject her she will still go to HR. Cover your ass at all times when working with females cuz you never know.

I definitely don't agree with this. Most relationships today start from work environment and these are usually the ones that last the longest because you get to know the person you see and work with, especially if you work in close proximity. This idea of keeping it 'professional' is by knowing and understanding the social cues and reading the signs a woman gives. If you're a dunce and can't read the obvious signs a woman gives, you deserve to be reported because that just becomes harassment, but if a woman is feeling you, definitely go after it, but be 'professional' in the work environment, while everything out of the office is fair game.
