How to Avoid Hitting The Knees When Doing RDLs
You mentioned that you keep hitting your knees with the bar when doing your RDL.
That’s because you bend your knees just a little bit too much.
It’s very subtle but it’s just enough for them to get in the way and the bar is very unforgiving.
Dumbbells you’d actually get away with this but not so much with the bar.
Watch this entire video so I can show you a great drill to teach you how to shift into the heels, hold a vertical shin and get your knees out of the way so the barbell can just travel straight down.
