Try smoked paprika or red pepper flakes. Hot pepper is not really traditional in American turkey so I guess you can leave it out but of course it’s a matter of taste and preference cause you know us Trini’s love our spice 🌶 🥵

No butter? It helps with the dryness that turkey is notorious for.
