This raspberry coffin cake is so beautiful,so sophisticated and perfect for Christmas holidays, can't wait till I make this for Christmas holidays for my family !!!!!!! And the decorations on the cake the colour contrast of the fresh raspberries and fresh mints is the perfect match, and I love the raspberry buttercream !!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Anna👋 Lindi from Australia. Disappointed I missed the live again, I had a couple of Questions for you to. Chiffon cake and the mergine frosting are really the only cake I haven't attempted to bake, both have elements that freak me out and I am quite an experienced baker, once had my own Catering and a 7 Days aweek Cafe. Baking is something i absolutely love, it's my stress valve release, sometimes I'll experiment with a recipe or just bake for some thing to do, my neighbours quite often benefit. But I digress, after watching your video I feel it's time to tackle both in one. Really enjoyed your Video, Thankyou Anna...🤩💜🍒

Dear Chef. I have cake flour but no pastry flour. Can I use 145 gr of cake flour and the remaining of flour called for with 145 g of all purpose flour minus 2 tablespoons full of it and replace with 2 tablespoons full of corn starch? Got a question about this cake. You said you had " 10 eggs whites in the bowl. But them look at the recipe you said first off 7 large eggs, separated and at room temperature 3 large egg whites, at room temperature. Now what the difference ? I am a little lost on that.

@@maheshikainduruwa7595 it usually takes mine between 5-10 mins but I'm also using a different recipe. The one I use has 7 egg whites, 2 cups of sugar and 1 1/2 sticks of butter. I haven't watched the video yet so I don't know if Anna is using the whip or paddle attachment. I start off using the whip but once I add about a half a stick of butter I then switch to the paddle. Sometimes it'll look like it's not coming together. When that happens I place a towel over my mixer, turn the speed to the highest it'll go then walk away. About 5 mins later I'll check it. 9 times out of 10 it'll be done. Hope this was helpful. Happy baking... 😋
