Other videos which are quick are great for practice or reviewing, but when you have to learn from scratch this channel is truly the best. This guy takes his time and makes everything sharp clear. It's like being in a classroom with a great professor.

4:39 Is 6e- because 6e- is reducing so it will be 5-6 so it's balance ⚖️

In the case of Fe + Mno4- this case actually Mn lost 2 electrons .so we can write Mn____ mn2+ +2 electrons

how to know if it is an acidic solution?

The H+ here is the property of the acidic solution. If for a basic solution, there is OH-. The only different step for a basic and acidic solution is that, after doing all of those steps (you get an acidic solution), you can turn it into basic by adding OH- to both sides of the equation to neutralise the H+ you got after you did the acidic solution. Hope this helps

You add OH- to both H2O’s and you don’t add OH because that’s only for a basic redox reaction
