awesome vid scott, I just want to add on though that it is really important to keep your head aligned with the neutral spine position. I hurt my neck today doing barbell rows b/c I had my neck up looking into the mirror to check my form. Just wanted to point that out for anybody else doing these exercises from hurting themselves.

Thanks man! I was bent ALL the way over for my bent-over rows, so I wasn't doing much weight - I have heard that the weight on your row should be about the same (either more or less, depending on which one is your lucky lift) as your bench press. I'm pressing a lot more than I row.

If your lower back is fatiguing, perhaps the issue is that you're not engaging your TVA correctly when deadlifting and by consequence, with the bent-over rows? I say this of course without seeing you do it first. Easiest way to do this is to try to squeeze your belly-button and the base of your spine together. You can also try lying on your back on the ground, and pressing your belly-button down towards the ground with legs bent to strengthen your TVA.

My favorite back excercise for thickness & mass. Underhand barbell rows, take same grip as you would do with barbell bicepcurls, shoulder width.

Try the cable pull down. If you use proper form, you'll definitely feel it in the lats. Also, focus your mind on your lats when you're exercising. It will help you work them harder.

Also works the biceps as you bend your arm at the elbow pulling back. Can be done with an underhand grip to work the biceps more, although this can cause wrist irritation for some people depending on their flexibility.

The amount of processes that go on in your body and the amount of factors that contribute to strength can make things like strength fluctuate. But if it's large and regular fluctuation revise your diet and routine.
