I can't stop watching your videos! I just had a baby 8 weeks ago, and I have a 2 year old. I'm working to launch an online business, and I often feel like I'm not accomplishing anything when I'm keeping two humans alive each day! Thank you for affirming moms! We need it!

@@ThePossibilityMom You're awesome!! I am creating a guided mental wellness journal. I've struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life and have gotten a lot of healing over the last year going to therapy and learning how to cope in a healthy way. I feel like God is calling me to use my challenges and experience to help others going through what I went through. You can check out my site at www.miahemstad.com/ if you want! I love seeing that you and your husband are open about mental illness because so many stay silent about it.

Lol i feel like someone with a nanny is on a different level of productivity... I dont say this to be rude at all but most people dont have a nanny. And are a stay at home mom.

Thank you so much for this video. It made me cry. My 2nd child is 1 week and 2 days old and I have been feeling so helpless not being able to do everything I used to. I know taking care of a child is a huge accomplishment but it didn't resonate until you reiterated all the things we have to provide as mothers. So thank you for the pick me up and I am definitely going to try the schedule and the list to give my mind some peace.

My baby is 6 months now and I'll barely starting to feel like myself and I have been getting a little more sucked into depression because my room is a mess and I don't get a lot done in a day, everyone else says I'm doing a great job because the baby is very well taken care of but I think it's time to start doing more I've got more energy now and I want to get back into a normal schedule

Gave birth a week ago to baby nr 3 and I’m taking it easy for now, partly out of necessity. A schedule is not something I think of now already but will have to when my oldest goes to school again.

Tnx for suggesting. How to do without nanny or another pair of hands?
@ThePossibilityMom4 ай бұрын
It's harder! We don't have a nanny currently and I have an 8-month old. Luckily we have some kids who can help out, and I do get work done when she naps or even when I am nursing her.

I'm going to give birth soon and I already made a schedule to make sure I stay organized after giving birth because having a baby can make you lose track of important things that need to be taken care of.

Expecting our 2nd in December and I work full time from home so I am hoping that the transition will be fairly smooth. Although I know that it will still bring it's challenges. Thank you for this video and the grace and serenity that you exude through it all! Thankful to have found your channel and the inspiration. I think to myself, she can do it with 7, I can surely do it with 2! :)

Currently I’m 3 months pregnant and I have a toddler. I’m in the process of moving and I want to become more productive. I feel like after my first baby I lost myself and I stopped doing everything I loved and I just took care of my toddler. I’m afraid that it’s going to happen again when the new baby comes so do you have any advice? Especially since my husband will be working a lot and I’m going to have a c section cause medical issues 😓

Um so how do you balance trying to be happy, taking care of yourself and your family, taking care of your pets, go out to see friends, connect with God and still take care of a seven month. No one is usually home so I can rarely do anything else I want or need. Keep in mind I am a fourteen year old girl who already suffers from mental problems, I really am trying to balance having a normal teenage life and also give my sister a good baby life but it's been quite hard... Especially seeing my friends get to go out and do things. Please give me some advice, thank you.

Well, I have a 4 month old (+7 other kids) and no nanny for the last 8 months, so maybe I should do an update!
@mayaurbano-aly27683 жыл бұрын
Definitely with a nanny, so many things are possible “me time” what is that? Little babies are so unpredictable and you can’t plan anything. I have 3 kids under 5 including a 7 month old and a full time job outside the house. Do we survive? Yes, but the exhaustion is excruciating. My only family are my husband and elderly mom and they’re very helpful. I know things might get easier as the baby grows and sleeps the entire night. Only then will I be able to get decent sleep and get up very early to get things done.
@americanpatriot65742 жыл бұрын
Of course you can get more done, because you have a NANNY! cheater!

Haha fair point. I haven’t had a nanny for the last 3 years (and 2 new babies) so maybe it’s time for an update video!
