How to be a Successful Projector

Sarah is an Integrative Counselor and the Deconditioning Specialist at the Projector Movement. She received her Master’s Degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies in East/West Psychology and has spent many years studying and working Projectors. After running herself into the ground as a pharmaceutical sales specialist for ten years, Sarah went back to school in 2014 and earned her master's degree in East/West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. The primary focus of her studies was Indigenous and Earth-based somatic healing practices. After graduation, Sarah began her Integrative Counseling practice however was still finding herself burnt out and exhausted. On the brink of another health crisis, the stars and the universe miraculously aligned to guide Sarah to the Human Design System. Finding out she was a 5/1, Splenic, Projector was a life-changing moment that changed the course of her professional and personal life. After deeply diving into the deconditioning process herself, she has now spent the last five years of her private practice strictly working, teaching, and guiding Projectors.

Just wanted to thank you to help me understand me. I recently went through a burnout and shut my business down amd spending some time for me to decompress and I'm learning to just breath and you talking about boundaries and waiting for the invite has how I've lived my life. I've always wondered why people did not see what or how I see things and it iis very frustrating sometimes. Now I can better understand our differences. It's truly refreshing to learn about human design. I just looked up mine tonight and learned I'm a projector. Makes complete since. I hope my "pause" will help me realine with myself and have a positive next step to help me grow at being me.

This is beautiful Tyra. Congratulations on taking this pause so you can re-align with your truth. It is such a different way of living life especially since 70% the population are generators. And yet, it feels the most natural when you realize this is how you were designed. It has been really helpful for me to allow myself to be seen and open to opportunities without forcing myself in those places. Then, I think back to the moments when I have felt most successful and I was intuitively falling into those patterns. Excited to hear what is to come for you!

Reflectors are the most sensitive to disease when they have no reflective power. To have all the centers empty must be the most difficult way to be. I just lost a beautiful friend to cancer that was without an origine. It was the most devastating thing I have ever seen. She was a reflector.

The tendency seems to be Avoidant Attachment style. That's what led me to HD a couple days ago. Is it a relief knowing this? I feel like 'the Dude Lebowski' is who I'm meant to be, but somehow GI Joe was drug out of me by the world. I'm resting now and trying to deprogram.
