I started working out seriously over one month ago after a brief break of 2 months. I started eating healthy, waking up early in the morning, I stopped (thanks to almighty God) spending my time on Facebook or watching porn since at least 3 months ago, I’m sleeping well, constantly studying, and I recently started approaching some pretty girls out there, and dressing as well as possible! Ive had a small glowup from going from 205lb to 174lb with the help of your videos (i don't have a weight goal i just want to be fit) and really appreciate all the help you have given me and many others. As i losed weight i noticed ive gained a lot of friends and people who treated me badly started treating me nicely, its gotten to me mentally, are these people friends with me or friends with my looks? I don’t know the lbs cuz I’m talking kgs, so I cannot imagine your body complexion, but it seems like you were fat and now you are more fit. Man. Our bodies were given to us to survive in the nature, it’s absolutely nature desire to be fit and therefore more flexy. Good body shape is a sign of health. The only man who can give you this kind of health is you. Why does it matter if people come closer to you because of your personality or your looks? Better looks, better shape is your goal. Sticking to nature is your goal. You are doing good for yourself. By working out you are gaining self-respect, confidence. It seems peeps feeling it so they now know you are not just a fat guy who doesn’t strive to become better. It also seems you are still have some mental issues so you are asking questions that don’t matter. Bruh. Strong people stick to strong people. We are living in the jungle. So if you made it and became stronger, congrats. Keep grinding and maybe you realise later that your question was silly. Develop both your body and mind.

I hope i can look back and laugh at it, but it still gets a bit weird when im talking to someone who used to call me a discord mod or a hentai enjoyer or always throw indirect insults to just randomly start being nice and friendly in a few months. I know myself, and i know i have not changed my personality, its more that now im doubting anyone other than my friends who have been with me from the start because when shit gets tough I know these new “friends” would just leave me. Respect is huge! As a woman I need to respect the guy I’m with. And yes we test men (not knowingly actually) but if he can’t be calm and collected toward me how can I expect him to be calm and collected if someone was to hurt our offspring? It isn’t really common knowledge though sadly . Both genders at least in this generation have trouble with common sense things both in terms of improving themselves, and in terms of attracting the opposite sex and knowing what they like. Mainly cause a lot of people nowadays are lazy, and alot of people are selfish and mostly only care about what they can gain from others and not what they can also give back . It takes alot of learning for people to become better both for themselves and for the people they love .

It's an extreme example maybe. Cause there are ppl that are really really strong prior to this war event. And then, when situations come that would cause trauma to most ppl, he will get stronger with it. It's a principle U could think of in several situations. Potential trauma + Really strong mind (maybe also thanks to prior potential trauma situations that got handled well) = even stronger mind. But potential trauma also means, many ppl would get a trauma from that, that affects them for maybe the rest of their lifes negatively..there are studies on this typa resilience. It's important to have strong social networks and ppl U can trust, talk to, are there for U etc. Look up the study with the hawaiian children for that.
