@Hopeful Cynic all of these since I am a true blue introvert myself! But I do specifically have a video for shy people on my channel 💕

RIGHT?! Why are all of these videos just for men??
@ithinkiknowme64503 жыл бұрын
Seriously why are they all about men lmao 😂
@dolfymitler1102 жыл бұрын
Because they're men and they focused more on men's life dumbo...

I think one thing I’m good at is including whoever is in the room in the conversation or whatever is happening. I definitely need to work on being present though so I’m going to work on making eye-contact with whoever is in the room. I loved this video!!! ❤️
@AbbiWinslow5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Babe! I would agree that you are the best at this since you always make sure everyone is included 😘

I really like the example of being genuine with people. I think that warmth and truth will definitely come across to others and they will feel it just as you will feel awesome as well. Love it!
@AbbiWinslow5 жыл бұрын
Agree! I love that you mentioned Truth because honestly if we just speak truth to others and our truth of what we like about them then it's easy to be genuine all the time!

Note to self 1. Presence - be the gorilla, chest out, chin up, use your body in a positive way 2. Power - confidence, via the way you dress, sound and present yourself; own your vocal power. 3. Warmth - empathy, genuine, be like a dog!

With Charisma comes a level of responsibility. I am humble knowing without sounding arrogant "proud to wear it with pride".

I'm thinking that when Abbi is face-to-face with people, she uses terrific eye contact. In the situation here, gazing meaningfully into the lens of a camera feels so unnatural that it compels her to nervously glance off to the side, up at the ceiling, and basically put her default attention anywhere but inside of the cold glassy lens. This video inadvertently reveals how the communication bond breaks down when someone's eyes avoid connecting with your own. Aside from exposing discomfort, the glances away spark the listener to wonder what the person sees that's so much more interesting than you. When breaking eye contact is necessary, a brief glance downward might be less disruptive than forcefully looking upward, to the side, or beyond the person you're trying to connect with.

Presence, power and warmth. These are great attributes and they certainly are qualities that make up great and interesting people . However they alone do not constitute what makes for a charismatic person . People who possess charisma possess an undefinable quality . The word charisma by very definition means ........A GIFT. You can not learn it . It is a Greek word which means just that , it means , gift , and it comes from above . Some use it for good , some unfortunately use it for ill . Elvis Presley had enormous charisma , but then so did Adolf Hitler . In any case thank you for this video , its appreciated .
