One thing I have looked into for consistency is self discipline. it goes along with what you are saying but it is a skill aquired as well start small and show up to the things you want to achieve. Missing one day is one thing missing more is habitat forming but recognize that and like you said don't beat yourself up and get back to your path.
@OnlineLifeGuide Жыл бұрын
Absolutely. Self discipline and consistency go hand in hand. As you said, its a skill that needs to be developed with time and strategy. If you want to succeed in anything, you have to make self discipline an ingrained pattern in your psychology. Starting small and with trivial things makes it easier to build this pattern. As your self discipline grows in smaller areas of your life, it will start to influence and reflect in more important areas as well. For example if you discipline yourself to sleep on time or eat within limits, you'll gain a level of control and trust over yourself which will eventually grow towards your personal and professional life.

SUMMARY :) 1) commit only if you really want to do it. :find your why? 2)focus on one main thing at a time : just focus on one habit. 3) don't complicate things : when starting don't go on every tiny details, first start everything will come in right place at right time 4) choose efficiency over creativity (where needed) 5) avoid paralysis by analysis: stop over analysing and over thinking 6) set realistic goals and expectations. 7) pace yourself to avoid burnout. : work hard but do have some time to relax, breathe and enjoy. 8) value progress over perfection: All or nothing mindset is not productive 9) learn to say NO 10) forgive yourself for not being consistent enough

very informative man. 2nd principle helped me. i am not consistant to a single thing. i often try to drink whole sea at once. and at the end of the day. i blame myself. but i need to pick one thing. give my full 100% and let that thing become natural inside me. Really Really Nice tip Man (Y)

Excellent video!!! The bits about energy use is essential! I think so many people are low level chronically burnt out they forget what it is like to have normal energy levels! They get addicted to coffee and and have sleep problems which creates a frustrating cycle that takes time and more frustration to undo that which was set in motion a long time ago!
@OnlineLifeGuide2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely agreed! Such an important point. So many of us never realize how we are creating more and more problems for ourselves by not paying attention and giving time to our wellbeing and recovery. The lack of vibrant energy, burnout, and frustration often costs us our health and relationships in the long run. It is especially important in today's fast paced age of information-overload, to periodically step back and catch a breath, allowing ourselves time to ponder and reflect over our lifestyle and choices. Thanks for the valuable addition! 😊

Thank you for a great content. 👌All points were of so much value and the one that jumped out for me was keeping things simple. I do tend to overcomplicate trying to be perfect in my head, and just don't get to it, maybe because am already overwhelmed. Simply getting started is less pressure. 😀 Thank you..
@OnlineLifeGuide2 жыл бұрын
My pleasure! Welcome to the channel ✨ Absolutely, the most important step is to just get started. Once we get into a habit of doing something consistently, we can make improvements along the way as we learn and grow through the experiences we gain. We just have to reminder ourselves that "hey, I'm only human, and it's okay for me to not be perfect and make mistakes, that's how I'll learn and grow."

I like "sticking to 1 habit @ a time".
@almeidatchingando9811 Жыл бұрын
I like it to. I think if you’re two stick to two or 3 choose one which will be your priority. Say studying and working out, if studying is the most important make sure you keep the consistent until you upgrade to the next task. Meaning, you can skip working out but never studying until you master then move on to working out.

People are so quick to call someone out and make negative assumptions. I have had multiple health issues in the past 7-8 months plus some other things going on in life, so I intentionally took a break from this channel for a while. This Channel is essentially a supplement to the Online Life Guide Blog where you will find more in-depth guides published REGULARLY. These videos are just some snippets of the far more in-depth content published on the site.

And again you are inconsistent from 1 year I am just reminding you 👣
@OnlineLifeGuide4 ай бұрын
Thank you for the reminder, but how do you know I'm inconsistent? I run a blog, and have been posting tons of content there. This channel was meant as a supplementary thing to the blog. And this isn't even my main project, been focusing a lot of time on couple other projects for quite a while now💁🏻 Instead of pointing fingers, why not ask if the person is still alive or okay in life... Just saying, there could be a ton of possibilities. But if we have a negative thinking mindset, we'll only assume negative things about people. Something to reflect and ponder over.
