Very good explanation Anne Marie! Sometimes we can hardly express our thoughts and feelings. However, we should do our best to listen to other's people, their stories, dreams and worries. You make me remember Dale Carnegie, you have interesting strategies and good concepts on human relationships. Great job! I really appreciate a lot! Greetings from São José dos Campos ( São Paulo State), Brazil.

From my knowledge the word 'often' is pronounced as 'ofn'. But i have heard some of the natives pronounce it as 'oftn'. Is it also right?
@Speakconfidentenglish5 жыл бұрын
Yes, we often pronounce it as 'ofn' without the /t/ sound. I don't notice a difference between 'often' and 'oftn.'
@ГалинаДанилова-х3ч3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for clearing it up, as I had the same question.Moreover, I corrected others when they pronounced with t .How self-confident I've been...Shame on me🤐🤐🤐
