I’m a CRM Leader and I’ve been teaching and working on SalesForce (l❤️ve it!) for many years. Then my company decided the cost was too high and I became a CRM project Leader to customize the new CRM and import the whole SF database into the new one. I miss SalesForce a lot anyway!! 🤣😂🤣 Ciao from Florence, Italy 🇮🇹

Love your enthusiasm & desire to share your knowledge. Getting that true statement out of the way, I do not believe "luck" exist so I would always say I am not a "lucky" person. Additionally, though the example you gave almost exactly happened to me in tech. school. I had a test for computers and I had a little programming background, so I thought I'll go attempt to test out of the class. When I started looking at the test, I had no idea what the first few questions were about, but I had heard somewhere read over a test first then answer the questions. By following that advice, I found the first half of the test was answered by the second half. As a result, the knowledge I gained from answering the first half allowed me to figure out the second half. I did not get a perfect score, but I did test out of the class & many of the individuals who took the class said they wish they had tested out because the knowledge taught in the class was so simple but drawn out that they felt like it was a waste of their time.
