When Vanessa said to write down hyper specific goals and gave those examples I was like. That is in no way specific. It doesnt specify how much you want and how frequently and quickly you want it. So I wrote 4 goals 6 lines each column. It was fun

I learned something about leadership this year that changed my life. In order to win and succeed as a team, we simply need to master 3 simple, but not so obvious skills. But before I share these with you, let me tell you a fascinating story... Okay got it... thanks Vanessa!

Vanessa, I have just discovered your website and materials in the last month and I’m super stoked to begin this journey. I’m in my early 50s, and have experienced a less than stellar career and interpersonal relationships. So I want to thank you so much for your dedication and enthusiasm which is contagious! I recently purchased Captivate and am looking forward to all the great tips inside. Planning on touching base in a few months to share how utilizing your ideas has made a difference. 😁

Hello Vanessa, my name is Chris, I'm really intrigued, with everything you have to say. I truly thank you for sharing all of your wisdom. I'm pretty sure I'm overly warm and in the danger zone. I never used to be but since I was burned on just around 70% of my body, I feel like I never get an opportunity anymore, for people to Simply warm up to me oh, I feel like I'm instantly judged because of all of my skin grafts. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong, or if I'm just eternally screwed because I'm covered in scars.

Hi Vanessa. I'm a dental hygienist and I am always looking for ways to engage people in their own dental health care. Obviously I want them to succeed for their own good BUT I also want them to get better habits in place for my benefit. If they roll up with a healthier mouth, I don't have to work nearly as hard meaning less chronic pain/ repetitive use injuries for me. Yay! And it contributes to my job satisfaction to know that they are not only healing but also not hating the entire experience, a win for both of us. I am limited by time and the nature of the medical setting a bit but I'd love any tips you have on engaging patients as well as helping them feel comfortable engaging with me. I already have a few things in mind to try from this video. Thanks for all you do. ❤ recovering socially awkward RDH

I really enjoyed listening to your content, I love how you include which hormones influence your state of mind. In this video where you included the guy with his arms crossed for his website compared to his arm loose at his side. I preferred him with his arms crossed when he had his hands by his side I thought he came across lazy and not driven, arms crossed he looked confident and in control. That's from my prospective.
